OMG, the “user experience” for Turtle in Maya is almost as bad as 3ds Max version 1. What’s wrong with this dialog?
Here’s what:
Especially when the settings in the last tab override the settings in Common without warning, the setting in the render type dropdown change the meaning of the 16-year old render dialog without warning, and the most important setting in the whole thing is buried in a dropdown two complete scrolls down in the last of 5 tabs.
