I’ve made some handy thing, i think. It allows you to quickly find and execute your tools, Maya MEL commands and Maya Runtime Commands. Hope it will be useful for you.
Tested on Windows and Maya 2015, 2016.
Please tell me if there are any bugs or issues.
That’s cool, reminds me of Blender’s spacebar (I think) action which brings up a search field for tools.
