At the very least, the slideshows will be posted on TAO. The talks are recorded and hosted on GDC Vault a month or two after GDC.

We’ve not had 100% A/V recording of previous bootcamps. Even if they are recorded, those recordings are the copyrighted property of GDC. That means they’ll be behind the Vault paywall. As Oz said, the slide decks will be posted here, and possibly on each of the speakers’ company websites.
