Responsibilities

[li]Client deliveries and pickups
[/li][li]Pick up supplies and production items as needed
[/li][li]Coordinating artists needs like OT meals and supplies
[/li][li]Preparing meals and snacks for the Production team as necessary
[/li][li]Assist with event planning, set up, and clean up
[/li][li]Aid in facility management and building upkeep
[/li][li]Client relations and set up
[/li][li]Ordering and stocking snacks and other supplies
[/li][li]Physical tasks including moving furniture, workstations, etc.
[/li][li]Managing building maintenance tasks, maintaining the tenant portal, bidding and scheduling vendors as necessary
[/li][li]Research quotes and items for approvals for the studio and events
[/li][li]Assisting in Culture and Marketing activities related to filming, photography, and set up
[/li][li]Front desk services when required
[/li][/ul]
Qualifications
[ul]
[li]Drivers license in good standing with a good driving
[/li][li]Able to handle cash and receipts responsibly
[/li][li]Proficient in Google: Docs/Gmail/Calendar
[/li][li]Up beat personality
[/li][li]Great ability to multi-task
[/li][li]Excellent follow through and communication
[/li][li]Team player and always happy to help
[/li][li]Able to follow directions well
[/li][li]Reliable and always on time
[/li][/ul]
