I’ve got a similiar problem. When I export my Skel/Mesh with FBX 2011 (maya 2011) It never exports the Animation. If i export all (with controls which i dont want) only the controls move.

After a while i tested all kinds of options in FBX exporter and it never worked for XNA. Well later i found that one of those files did not work because the mesh got duplicated somehow, so i deleted the duplicated not skinned mesh and saved it as fbx again and voilà it worked.

But I can’t do it again. It never exports the animation…

I’m helping a friend for a project, since they don’t really have a tecart and im more a max/blender guy.
