Is the framework Open Source? It will be avaiable to compositing software like Nuke ?

No, it’s not open source - but we give Fabric for free to individuals, and also 50 licenses free to studios (10 interactive, 40 headless). We also make all of our code publicly available aside from the core execution engine - full list of repos here: http://fabricengine.com/resources/

We did some experimentation on integration into Nuke, but it’s not something we’re pushing on ourselves at the moment. That said, you might like this: https://vimeo.com/122130309
