- Develop tools, procedures and interfaces to optimise the Luma pipeline
- Identify inefficiencies in studio processes, and design pragmatic solutions
- Provide consistent technical support to various departments
- Communicate technical issues to the Production team in a clear manner
- Work well in a team, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
You have:
- 5+ years experience working as a Developer in VFX
- Proven experience writing pipeline tools and designing workflows
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Linux
- Master knowledge of python
- Competency with git, unittesting, and CI
- Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following: Maya, Nuke, Houdini, Katana, shader writing / rendering
- Expert problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise and work to deadlines
- Approachable, proactive, and accommodating attitude
- Innate desire to stay informed of current technologies
