GLSL Shader for Maya 2015 Mac



Hello :slight_smile: I’m trying to move away from CGFX and use GLSL on the Mac version of Maya (2015), but I don’t see the plug-in in my list anywhere. OpenGL is cross platform, so i can’t see any reason why it would be missing–does anyone know how I can enable the ability to use a GLSL shader?

Thanks bfogerty :slight_smile: I did check the documentation, and the problem is I just don’t have OpenGL as an option at all in my viewport 2.0 preferences as described, unless I’m totally blind. It’s puzzling!
