Mackevision is currently looking for python developers to join our pipeline team. You have to work on-site in Stuttgart, speaking german is an advantage but not a requirement.

YOUR TASKS
- Design and implementation of services and tools for high-end 3D visualization.
- Work on both (web- and micro-) services and artist tools and interfaces
- Play an active role in research and development of new workflows to push the boundaries of visualization
- Work closely with artists in production to better understand problems to be solved and workflows to be enabled
- Innovate with a highly motivated team
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science/related field or more than 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role
- More than 3 years of working experience in a relevant role
- Expert experience in:
- Python (with PySide and 3rd party libraries)
- Databases
- VCS (git), CI and agile development workflows
- Linux and Windows
- Good english, German preferred
Preferred experience with:
- C++/ 3d Studio Max, Maya or similar tools (and their APIs)
- Nuke or similar (and their APIs)
- Rendering and Visualization
- Javascript/ Webframeworks
- API design/ Graph Databases
- Microservices/ DevOps (Deployemt, Ansible)
