Last week we released USD for 3ds Max 0.5. This version adds several new features and fixes. The main new features are support for Morpher modifiers to export as Blendshapes to compliment the Skin to USDSkel we released in version 0.4.
The plugin includes a new MaterialX Material that allows you to load MaterialX files into Max and apply them to objects. The USD Exporter has been updated to support MaterialX materials by referencing them in the exported USD files.
